pregnancy update

We went to the doctor this morning. It sure was different going there with a 15 month old than last time!! :) Hannah was very good though, just a little excited to talk with all the people.

I am 9 weeks 3 days along and the baby is doing well. Baby is about 26 mm big and has a good heart beat along with a head, body, and some super cute little arm nubs. hehe. I am due January 23rd and we'll get the ultrasound finding out if baby is a boy or girl at 20 weeks (appt is Sept 5th).

That's about it. We were very happy to hear that baby is doing well and to get to see the ultrasound.

God Bless!

Orlando Trip

We're officially back in GA for a while as of 5am this morning. (poor Jon) He drove us through the night so Hannah would sleep and we'd have a more enjoyable trip... It worked :)

We got there last Thursday morning and stayed busy up until the hour we left. It was so refreshing to see old friends/family and just be together as a family for fun events.

Here is Hannah at the Moats house playing basketball with Daddy and Nathan. She thought she was so cool getting the ball in the basket. She'd yell BAAAAWWWW!!! each time she got a basket. so cute!

Posing with the Moats: Nathan, Jon, Hannah, Austin
From Sunday night till Thursday night we were so blessed to be able to house sit for some dear friends of ours (the Kreppeins). They have 5 children and were leaving for vacation. We got to have a great dinner with them before they left and their youngest is a 2 year old girl so we were able to use her crib for Hannah along with all her fun babys and toys. They have a cat named Miss Kitty, Hannah called her MeMe all week. MeMe wasn't so sure she liked Hannah but Hannah LOVED MeMe. She'd yell for her as soon as we got there each night and then proceed to follow her around the house till bedtime. MeMe ended up hiding under the bed by the end of the week, but Hannah still would walk around yelling for her. haha. Miss Kitty did have fun when Hannah went to bed she'd come out and sit by Jon and I for a while.
Here's Hannah and MeMe:
Hannah eating with one of Meredith's babies.
Playing in the water in the Kreppein's back yard. She had so much fun out here!

We also had several visit with our friends the Ortegas (Kirsty, Juan, and baby Elias). Here's Hannah trying to give Elias a kiss. :) He wasn't sure about it.
Hannah giving a hug.. again Elias isn't sure he wants to hug Hannah but she doesn't care. hehe
Hannah and I on my birthday!! We all went to Sea World for the day with family and then out to Buca di Beppo's for dinner with friends. It was such a nice birthday!
Lisa, Luke, Me, Hannah, Kirsty, Elias (lft to rt)

A Father's day kiss for Daddy
Hannah made DaDa a shirt with finger paints.. it said "I love my Dada". He loved it! She also made him a picture frame and decorated a lady bug for him. :)

We also were able to visit with several other friends who we really enjoyed I just didn't capture the moment with a pic. It's nice to be home now but we'll really miss everyone down there!! Thanks for a great vacation!

Our little girlie

I realized the other day that I rarely update on what Hannah is doing these days and I mostly just state what activities we do. She is growing so much I guess it's hard to keep up. Lately, she says bye bye, go go go, baby, ish (for fish), sshhz (for shoes), beybuh (for belly button), baba (bottle), meme (for a kitty, like meowing). Occaisionally she has other words I can't think of but those are her main new words. Of course she still says mama, dada, nana, poppop tons too. :)
Her favorite thing to do now is to hide something and then hold her arms up in the "i don't know" pose. She's saying where'd it go? Then she wants you to look for it and she quickly whips it out to show you. Sometimes she'll throw the object behind her back and then do the "where'd it go?" motion. She makes the noise for it too and it's so funny.
She LOVES to play with her ball and throw it to you or try to catch it. Her baby is also played with constantly. She'll push her in the stroller, feed her, put her passy in her mouth, and even put her to bed. It's very cute and baby tends to come with us to lots of places along with lambie. He's her favorite little stuffed animal who she sleeps with and wants anytime she's crabby. We love lamby! Sometimes, he saves the day :)
Hannah is growing in so many ways and I could go on forever, but that's all I have time for now. Here's some photos of us lately.

Getting thrown in the pool. She laughed so much and asked for more and more the whole time we swam. It was adorable!

My little diva playing outside in her dress :) We're waiting for auntie Dana's visit which was lots of fun!

At the GA aquarium. We went with Jon's parents and had a blast. Hannah ooohhhed soo much and fell in love with a sea lion. I think they're best friends now. He swam up to her so much and she LOVED him.
Jon and I also got to go to a Brave's game with some friends on a double date. It was so fun even though they lost. We really enjoyed the time out to ourselves.

Thanks for checking up on us! We love you guys!
